Enneagram (Greek for ‘9 points’) describes nine personality types and is a powerful tool for spiritual growth though understanding ourselves and others. Join Becky Widdows to explore the Enneagram in the Christian tradition. As we explore the whole area of wellbeing throughout 2023, using the Enneagram can help us to understand our own thoughts, feelings and actions. In this regard, we may be able to be helped in living a better balanced, more ’rounded’ life.

Who is the programme for?
The Enneagram is quite a hard-hitting system in that it helps us identify the temptation we’re most prone to. But it’s also a tool of compassion as it enables us to understand and accept both ourselves and others. This programme will serve as an introduction, so you are not required to have any prior knowledge or experience. However, even if you have spent many hours with the Enneagram as a personality development tool, there are always advantages in hearing a variety of perspectives, and Becky teaches Enneagram with the expectation that God will get involved!. Group discussions and personal support will also facilitate discussions in depth with people who understand and can reflect back with valuable experience.
